An escape room game is a physical adventure game in which players are locked in a themed room and have to escape by solving puzzles, finding clues and working as a team within a set time (usually 60 minutes). So if you have booked at 5 p.m., for example, please be there at a quarter to five! Greeting, putting things away, possibly going to the toilet, having the game explained - that takes a bit of time. So please be there 15 minutes before!

Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are unable to come. Only then can we refund you the price!

If you cancel within 48 hours, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 86 euros and refund the price!

Our games are designed for a maximum of six people. They are linear and sometimes start in small rooms, which is why it can be less exciting for more than six people and also a bit cramped.

Ticket prices are based on the number of players in a group:

2 Persons -> 86 Euro

3 Persons -> 108 Euro

4 Persons -> 120 Euro

5 Persons -> 135 Euro

6 Persons -> 150 Euro

Birthday children play for free (please bring ID). The minimum price per group is 86 euros.

Children under 7 years are free of charge. However, there must be at least one adult in the group. The minimum price for the group is 86 euros.

With our escape room experience, you always pay for the number of participants actually present. If the number of participants is lower than originally booked, the price will be adjusted on site according to the actual number of participants.

If you have paid in advance for more participants than will ultimately take part, we will not refund the difference in cash. Instead, you will receive a voucher for the corresponding amount. You can use this voucher for future visits to our Escape Room.

The whole experience usually lasts around 80 minutes, including a short introduction before the game and a debriefing. The actual playing time is 60 minutes.

All you need is your willingness to solve puzzles and work as a team. Personal items such as bags and jackets can be stored safely. The use of cell phones or other electronic devices in the rooms is not permitted.

Yes, the safety of our participants is our top priority. Each room is equipped with an emergency exit that can be used at any time. Our game managers continuously monitor the game and can intervene immediately in an emergency.

Don't worry, with us every group manages to “leave” the room. Our aim is for all participants to have a positive and fulfilling experience. Our attentive moderators keep a close eye on the game and are on hand to give timely tips to help you progress and ultimately “leave the room successfully”. We adapt the instructions and support individually to the needs and wishes of each group. If you are a team of professional players and would like a greater challenge, we can reduce or omit the tips accordingly. Our goal is to provide a customized experience that is both challenging and fun, regardless of your level of experience.
